These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to the TURO R.I.D.E. to 10K course offered by Taylor Made Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By purchasing or accessing the course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Course Access

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the TURO R.I.D.E. to 10K course materials as described on the sales page at the time of purchase. Access is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your login, reproduce course materials, or distribute any portion of the course to others.

2. Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, PDFs, templates, spreadsheets, checklists, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Taylor Made Enterprises LLC and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or resale of course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after purchase. We encourage you to review all sales page information carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your course, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Exception: If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the course will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the strategies taught will produce any specific result for you.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taylor Made Entertainment LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the course. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

6. No Professional Advice

The course content is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the course constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Always consult a licensed professional before making business or investment decisions.

7. Turo Platform

This course teaches strategies for use on the Turo car-sharing platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Turo. Turo's platform, policies, and terms of service are subject to change. It is your responsibility to comply with Turo's current policies.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your course access without refund if you violate these Terms, including sharing your login credentials or reproducing course materials without authorization.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued access to the course after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
